1, the main consideration when selecting raw materials in the short pile content of raw materials, short pile content of high and low impact on the fabric pilling. For easy pilling varieties, to choose the fiber length long, short down less raw materials; for blended products with chemical fiber, choose the diameter of coarse chemical fiber than the diameter of fine more anti-pilling effect. Of course, choose the diameter of coarse chemical fiber made of fabric, feel than the diameter of fine more stiff, in practice to balance the feel and pilling relationship.

2, in the spinning process, to control the amount of short pile and reduce the hair feathers. Scientific and reasonable set good process parameters, reduce the content of short fibers in each channel products, reduce the amount of fine yarn hairiness and shorten the length of hairiness, improve the uniformity of yarn stem, reduce coarse knots; also can use new spinning technology to obtain a tight structure of yarn.

3, in the fabric design, according to the style of the final product and taking performance requirements, choose the appropriate fabric organization, density and other parameters.

4, in the dyeing and finishing process, according to the product style characteristics and combined with anti-pilling grade requirements, reasonable arrangements for the dyeing and finishing process. When wearing pilling-prone clothes, try to match the inner and outer layers with smooth garments to reduce friction. Wash and dry as much as possible in accordance with the requirements of the washing label on the garment.

5, for poor moisture absorption of chemical fiber fabrics or wearing occasions dryer, in spinning better to add conductive fibers.
