What fabrics are available as coated base fabrics? What are the characteristics of each of them?

1、Cotton fabric

Advantages: very good adhesion, no adhesive, small heat shrinkage.

Disadvantages: low strength, easy to absorb moisture, easy to mold, easy to insects.

2, nylon fabric

Advantages: high strength, good elasticity and resilience, wear-resistant, good heat absorption properties, not easy to mold, insects, rot.

Disadvantages: high price, poor UV resistance, moisture absorption and deformation.

3、Ethylene, polypropylene fabric

Advantages: light quality, low price, chemically inert, not easy to mold, insects, rot.

Disadvantages: low melting point, ethylene spandex in particular, some substances bonding difficulties.

4, aramid fabric

advantages: very high strength, high forced mass ratio, high melting point, excellent flame retardant properties.

Disadvantages: expensive, in the sun or ultraviolet radiation will degrade.

5, glass fiber fabric

advantages: high temperature resistance, high toughness, excellent flame retardant properties, good dimensional stability, zero moisture reversion, not easy to mold, insects, rot, very good UV resistance.
