  Generally use disperse dyestuff coloring, adopt high temperature and high pressure coloring.


  Second, nylon: strong and wear-resistant

  1, characteristics.

  Nylon big advantage is strong and wear-resistant, is a kind of superior. Small density, light fabric, good elasticity, resistance to strain damage, chemical stability is also very good, alkali resistance not acid resistance.

  The big disadvantage is that the resistance to the sun is not good, the fabric will turn yellow after a long time in the sun, strength decline, moisture absorption is also bad, but better than polyacrylonitrile fiber, polyester.


  Filament, mostly used in knitted fabrics and silk industry; staple fiber, mostly and wool or wool type chemical fiber blended chemical fiber fabrics, for wada tweed, Vanidine, etc.. Industry: cord and fishing nets, also can be used for carpets, ropes, conveyor belts, screens, etc.


  Generally adopt acid dyestuff dyestuff, normal temperature and pressure can be dyed.


  Three, polyacrylonitrile fiber: puffy and sun-resistant

  Generally use cationic dyes, can be dyed at room temperature and pressure.

  3, coloring.

  Direct dyes, reactive dyes, disperse dyes, etc. can be made vinyls on the color, but the dyeing depth is poor.


  Five, polypropylene: light and warm

  1, characteristics.

  Polypropylene fiber is a common chemical fiber in the light fiber. It almost does not absorb moisture, but has a good core absorption capacity, high strength, made of fabric size stability, wear-resistant elasticity is also good, good chemical stability. However: poor thermal stability, not sunlight, easy to age brittle loss.


  Can weave socks, mosquito net cloth, being wool, warm filler, diaper wet, etc.. Industry: carpets, fishing nets, canvas, water hose, medical tape instead of cotton yarn cloth, do sanitary products.


  Polypropylene is more difficult to color, by modifying the color with disperse dyes.


  Six, spandex: elastic fiber

  1, characteristics.

  Spandex good elasticity, poor strength, poor moisture absorption, have better resistance to finish, acid resistance, alkali resistance, wear resistance. Spandex is the pursuit of dynamic and convenient high-performance clothing necessary for the high elasticity of the fiber. Spandex can be elongated 5-7 times longer than the original state, so it is comfortable to wear, soft to the touch, and does not wrinkle, and can always maintain the original contour.

  Spandex is also more difficult to color, and now can be colored by spandex coloring agent with acid dyes.
